Built a creator-commerce platform that lets anyone launch their own online store in under 30 seconds — friction removed at the core activation step. Launched the HYPD Affiliate program, crossing ₹100Cr in monthly revenue through partnerships with major e-commerce platforms.

Ran A/B tests across acquisition, checkout and order tracking. Designed the customer-metrics frameworks and tracking systems — query resolution time down 60%, customer satisfaction up. Led engineering, data and design as one 25+ person team.
